Thank you for shopping with Avery Faith Artistry. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Original artwork, prints, and made-to-order items may require additional handling time to ensure safe packaging. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
All orders are shipped via UPS & USPS. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Avery Faith Artistry is not responsible for delays caused by UPS & USPS, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Insurance & Liability
All original artwork shipments are fully insured while in transit. Once the artwork has been marked as delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
If a shipment arrives damaged, the buyer must:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the packaging and artwork

Retain all original packing materials
Failure to do so may void the insurance claim.
Address Accuracy
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Avery Faith Artistry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Avery Faith Artistry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered by UPS.
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yay@averyfaithartistry.com

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, replacements are not available. Approved claims may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
