Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Avery Faith Artistry. Each piece is thoughtfully created, and we encourage you to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for original artwork, prints, or custom pieces.

Damaged Items (Original Artwork)

Because original artwork is one-of-a-kind, replacements are not available.

If your original artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yay@averyfaithartistry.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged artwork and original packaging

If the damage is confirmed and reported within the required timeframe, we will evaluate the claim and may offer a refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Avery Faith Artistry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

Custom & Commissioned Work

All custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable and non-returnable, as these pieces are created specifically for you. Once work has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production or shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and display differences. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.
